Cancellation policy

1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without the need for justification, in accordance with the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users.

2. WITHDRAWAL PERIOD

The withdrawal period will expire 14 calendar days from:

  • The day on which you or a third party authorized by you acquires physical possession of the goods.

  • In the case of multiple goods in a single order: the day of receipt of the last item.

3. HOW TO EXERCISE THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision through an unequivocal statement:

  • Email: info@emmawudesign.com.

  • Required Information: Full Name, address, order number, and date of receipt.

  • You may use a withdrawal form model, although its use is not mandatory.

4. EFFECTS OF WITHDRAWAL

If you decide to withdraw from the contract, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive ordinary delivery we offer).

  • The refund will be made without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date we are informed of your decision to withdraw.

  • We will process the refund using the same payment method used for the initial transaction.

5. RETURN OF GOODS

You must return or deliver the goods without undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 calendar days from the date you communicate your decision to withdraw.

  • Return Costs: The direct costs of returning the goods will be borne by the customer.

  • Responsibility: You will only be responsible for any decrease in the value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

6. EXCEPTIONS TO THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

The right of withdrawal shall not apply to:

  • Goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized.

  • Goods that, for reasons of health protection or hygiene, are not suitable for return if they have been unsealed after delivery (such as hair accessories, flowers, or earrings).

  • Goods that have been irreversibly mixed with others after delivery.
