1. GENERAL INFORMATION

These General Terms and Conditions regulate the access and use of the website owned by EMMA WU DESIGN SOCIEDAD LIMITADA (CIF: ESB90009457), with its registered office in Seville, Spain.

2. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing the site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. The completion of any order requires the explicit acceptance of our return policy via a mandatory checkbox during the checkout process.

3. PRODUCTS AND SEASONAL NATURE

Our store offers two distinct collections with different sales conditions:

  • Flamenca Fashion and Accessories: Festive and seasonal items intended for specific events and fairs.

  • Prêt-à-porter: Casual and daily wear garments.

4. RETURN POLICY AND "FINAL SALE"

Due to the seasonal nature of Flamenca fashion, the following special conditions apply:

  • Final Sale (Flamenca Collection & Accessories): These are considered Final Sale items. Returns for subjective reasons (change of mind, end of the event, etc.) are not accepted, and no full cash refunds will be issued.

  • Compensation: For these items, Mialma exclusively offers a Size Change (subject to availability) or the issuance of a Store Credit Voucher with no expiration date.

  • Hygiene & Accessories: For hygiene reasons, flowers, shawls (mantoncillos), earrings, and hair combs do not admit any exchange or return under any circumstances.

  • Security Tag: If the item shows signs of use or if the security tag has been removed or tampered with, all rights to an exchange or store credit will be forfeited.

5. PRICES AND PAYMENTS

  • All prices include VAT and are expressed in Euros (€).

  • We accept credit/debit cards, PayPal, and other methods enabled on our platform.

  • Shipping costs for size changes or returns of casual fashion are the responsibility of the customer, except in the case of defective products.

6. DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS

In the event of a manufacturing defect or flaw, Mialma will manage the collection and replacement of the product at no cost to the customer, provided it is notified within 14 calendar days of receipt.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site (designs, photographs, logos) is the property of EMMA WU DESIGN SOCIEDAD LIMITADA and is protected by law.

8. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

These terms are governed by Spanish legislation. For any controversy, the parties submit to the Courts and Tribunals of Seville.
